Things to know
1️⃣ No Experience Needed – First-timers are welcome! No prior skydiving experience required.
2️⃣ Weight Limit: 95 kg (209 lbs) – For safety reasons, participants must not exceed this weight.
3️⃣ No Alcohol or Drugs – Avoid consuming alcohol or drugs before your jump.
4️⃣ Avoid Jumping While Congested – Sinus pressure can cause discomfort during freefall and landing.
5️⃣ Health Considerations – Skydiving is not recommended for individuals with:
- Heart conditions ❤️
- Medical conditions affecting judgment
- Spinal issues 🏥
- Arm or leg injuries
6️⃣ Prosthetics & Contact Lenses – Inform your instructor if you wear either.
7️⃣ Medical Clearance Recommended – Consult your doctor beforehand if you have health concerns.
